Spacious House
The house sleeps up to 10 and has 5 bedrooms. We have a queen size bed, a double bed and 6 singles, 1 1/2 baths. The modern kitchen has a large refrigerator, stove and dishwasher, a dining area with 2 tables, a telephone and a good size living room with cable TV. There is a wrap-around deck, a large yard and driveway and beautiful views of Moose River and Mt. Kineo.
Price: $1,200. per week (up to 10 people)
$40.00 per night per person w/ minimum of 7 people (3 night stay minimum) or $240.00 per night.

Cabin 1 has two bedrooms which sleep six people, full bath, kitchen, dining room and living room. It is 10 feet from Moose River and has a deck to enjoy the breathtaking views of Mt. Kineo and the river. It has a grill and a picnic table. There is a cable television, a VCR and telephone. This cabin is ideal for families with older children or adults. It is non-smoking.
RATE: $106.00/day/plus Sales Tax

Cabin 2 has two bedrooms which sleep six people. It has a double bed and one single bed in each room, bathroom with shower, flush and sink, living room and kitchen. It is 10 feet from Moose River and closest to the swimming area. There is a deck with sliding glass doors overlooking the beauty of the river and Mt. Kineo. It has a grill, picnic table, washer and dryer, television and telephone. Smokers allowed but no pets please.
RATE: $106.00/day/plus Sales Tax

Cabin 3 is a log cabin with two bedrooms, living-room, kitchen and sleeps six people. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has bunkbeds and one single bed. The bathroom has a flush, sink and shower. It sits back 300 feet from the river with its own private yard with picnic table, swings, basketball hoop, charcoal grill, and outside stone fireplace (wood provided) which makes this cabin great for a family. The swimming area and docks are just a short walk away. It has a private dirt driveway with plenty of parking and is plowed for snowmobilers.
RATE: $96.00/day, plus Sales Tax,
$550.00 per week
Cabin # 1, 2 and 3 are priced for 2 people.
Above 2 people, price is: $10 extra per person/per night
Cabin #4

Cabin 4 has 3 bedrooms which sleeps 9 people. It has a modern bathroom with shower, flush and sink, a large living room and kitchen with wall to wall carpeting. It has cable TV, microwave and a telephone. It is on a private dirt road, with a large yard and plenty of parking for snowmobilers. It has a gas grill and picnic table. It is not on the water, but approximately 400 feet away. No smoking or pets please.
Cabin #4 is priced from up to 4 people. Above 4 is $10 extra per person/per night
RATE: $116.00/day,
$750.00 per week
Free Docking and
Cable Television
$300.00 deposit is required for a week's stay;
$50.00 deposit for a day's stay.
Balance is due upon arrival.
Check in time is after 2:00 pm
Check out time is before 10:00 am
Pets are welcome in cabins #1 and #3
if kept on a leash and picked up after.
Guests are responsible for any damage that occurs
$10.00/day or $50.00/week extra for pets
Limit of 2 pets per cabin
